My process starts with a complete understanding of the goals and the objectives of the product. Research is an invaluable aspect of ideation when creating a design that marries form to function. Connecting design efforts to an organization’s business strategy has proven an asset.

 

When creating custom furniture and lighting fixtures for residential, hospitality or retail clients, I sheppard projects through all phases of development; ideation, hand-sketched concept illustrations, graphic presentations, and Type V Construction documents. Years of hands-on experience has provided me with a solid understanding of visual language, materials and project management skills.
